Hi Reader! I taught my first herbalism class in the summer of 2018 (I can't believe I've been doing this for 8 years already!) and it was really fun and immensely satisfying. My friend Jenny and I got together with 15 others in one of our favorite local cafe's to talk about summer skin care + to make some skin nourishing herbal products. Everyone, including myself, left feeling invigorated + empowered, excited about all of the wonderful healing options available when you welcome plants and herbs into your life! Since then I have led dozens of herbalism classes right here at Wild Heart, at regional herbalism conferences, with local garden clubs, and online during covid. It never gets old! I LOVE teaching about herbalism and introducing others to the incredible empowering and healing benefits of collaborating with the world and plants around us for nourishment, healing, and support. Wild Heart's next herbalism class is next week! On Thursday evening at 6:30 I will be leading our most popular class - Introduction to Herbalism! This class is perfect for for you if you are yearning to begin your herbal journey, you've been dabbling with herbs for a while, or just want to connect with other like-hearted local herb lovers in our community.
