Happy final week of summer Reader!

Thank you all so much for the outpouring of love, encouragement, and support I received last week after announcing the upcoming closing of Wild Heart Herb House at Haskell Gardens.

I can't explain how much it means to me. I have gone back many a time to re-read your messages and comments, they give me hope and strength during moments when I'm like what the fuuuuukkkkk am I going to dooooo??!?! (am I the only one that gets the nighttime scaries? like everything seems so much worse at night and then in the morning its like, not that bad? this may also be leftover bits of postpartum depression/anxiety. Our bodies are incredibly complicated beings!)

Anyways... thank you, thank you, thank you. It really means so much!

This is kind of a random, stream of consciousness email today but I do have some things that I want to share with you!

We have slightly different hours this week: Open Wednesday 12-5, CLOSED THURSDAY, Open Friday 12-FOUR and Saturday 10-3.

In August I received an email from a much beloved herbal teacher of mine, Sage Mauer, inviting those interested to a weekend at her home in Vermont of "Plant Spirit Medicine ~ Herbal Bodywork & Healing Sessions" and while I don't know exactly what that means lol, every part of me was like HELL YES! So I signed up for it.

Is it logical to go away the week before Herb Fest? No it is not. But when on a journey into the unknown, I highly recommend listening to your heart, your body, your intuition, and responding to what the universe offers you! Especially when you know immediately its for you. I am so excited to see what this weekend has in store!

So to that end we will be closed on Thursday, and Wild Heart will be in Michele's loving hands on Friday (closing at 4 instead of 5) and Saturday.

Oh! Open Mic Poetry this Friday night at 7:00! All are welcome to this cozy, open hearted, and inspiring night!

More and more teachers and practitioners are joining the list for Herb Fest! Along with incredible regional herbalists teaching inspiring + educational classes we will also have practitioners offering tarot, thai massage, expressive botanical art, and rest nest (which is a full body sensory experience offered by Michele that you just have to experience for yourself!)

Michele is making lunch for Herb Fest! If you've attended one of our retreats you know how incredible her food is! You must sign up ahead of time and the lunch will be delivered to Wild Heart day of. I love offering this little treat to make the day even more easy and special. There is a limited amount of picnic lunch boxes, so reserve yours here!​

I guess that's it for today my friend. My energy waxes and wanes as I prepare for this big upcoming transition. Focusing on staying present in the magic of Wild Heart and getting ready for Herb Fest (one of my favorite days of the year!) while also dreaming and planning for what may come. Parts of me are like let's get this over with already! and other parts are reallllyyyyy sad to leave. If you or anyone you know has space for a tender herbal business please do get in touch!
